- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Pollack and Dr. Ellyn are both quite pleasant. However, I've come to learn a front office staff can really make, or really break an office environment. In this case ... it's the latter. Unfortunately, they do not wear name tags, so I cannot identify the ladies specifically. I guess it's that "one (or two) bad eggs can really ruin a dozen". On more than one occasion I've listened (and observed) to how they speak "at" patients. And what I truly find unsettling ... the majority of their patients are elderly. When you begin to treat your patients as an inconvenience ... maybe it's time for a refresher on patient relations. Those patients keep you employed.August 29, 2017by Dee
