- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Called today to set up appointment and get prescriptions re-filled and the lady on the phone was rude when she wasn't able to find me in their data bass. I was in less then a year ago and was given prescriptions for acne treatment. Now they can't find my information and aren't willing to try to find it. Instead she insisted I was in last in 2012 which is impossible because I JUST ran out of my medication. She hung up on me without trying to maybe set up a new appointment or offer suggestions or APOLOGIZING for the inconvenience.
