  This place is waiting to be sued for malpractice. I'm near-sighted (can see decently within a few feet), and my prescription is only -1.5. So, I could see what the tech was writing in my medical record when I took my contacts out. She wrote, "Patient reports difficulty seeing while driving. Problem began within the last year." I'd reported no such thing. (And none of it was true; I didn't have a car, and I definitely didn't have trouble seeing the few times I did drive - I wore lenses all the time!) I asked the tech to confirm she was writing in my record. She said she was, so I asked why she would write something I hadn't said. Her answer: "I have to write something." I said, "Why would you write something that's not true?" Her answer (again): "I have to write something." Then, she said, "Fine." and changed the text to, "Patient came in for annual eye exam." If the fake text had gotten into my medical record, imagine the liability it could have caused for me if I were in a car accident. Also, they billed me for two prescriptions (glasses and contacts) and only gave me one, and they put so much dilation solution in my eyes that I could barely see for five hours. (At the better eye doctors I've gone to, I have light sensitivity after solution is administered, but my sight is never blurry.) I was supposed to walk home, but I had to call for a ride, instead. Quack doctor. Quack staff. Zero stars (if that were possible).
