- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just had an old crown fall off and needed an implant...front tooth! Dr. Brewer fit me in quickly and started the implant process. After a few hours, I left with a temporary front tooth crown over an implant, as good as new (The permanent crown comes in a few months when the implant fuses).
