- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Totally unprofessional office, they do not care about patients and will do everything to nickel and dime you! I came here for the first time last week and encountered complete unwillingness to listen to patient’s concerns. They wanted to charge me over a $100 for something I was entitled to based on my insurance. When the office manager called my insurance company she seemed absolutely unwilling to listen to what the insurance representative was saying, because it was contrary to office’s position, and preferred to act as if she was confused. I was seriously unimpressed by the total lack of care and unprofessionalim.
