- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had such an excellent experience with my first time at Patient First in Alexandria. I had a couch and sinus congestion. I went in after work around 8 pm and was registered by a friendly staff (I believe named Barron) immediately. He explained that no charges would be made until after insurance had paid their part. Then the nurse was very kind as well. We discussed her Gaelic-spelling of her name which taking my blood pressure. Doctor Amaiya stopped by to let us know she would see us next and did see me quickly! She listened to my issues and was able to fill my prescription right away.
