  I have Age-related Macular Degeneration and have been seeing the doctors at RGW for a few years. Yesterday I was there for my yearly exam and wanted to commend the entire office for the rapidity with which I was seen and treated. I was amazed by the efficiency and warmth of the staff at every level of my visit!! Thanks you for you terrific service and attitude.

  In May 2012 I was referred to Dr. Byrnes by a friend when I realized I had AMD. After five plus years I am still returning every five weeks or so to see my friend Dr. Byrnes to get injections in one or both eyes. His treatments are virtually painless and we always have a laugh or two, and I often have a pleasant conversation with one of the technicians. It's a good place.

  I have been a patient of this excellent practice for over 10 years. They keep me well informed about my condition and treatment options, as well as emerging technologies and drugs. My doctor and the very professional technicians take my preferences into account on each visit, and I am comfortable discussing all aspects of my care with them. Occasionally I have had to request special scheduling accommodations due to travel or other circumstances, and they have worked me in when necessary. They keep my ophthalmologist in the loop with annual updates. They use state-of-the-art equipment. First rate, all around.
