  So I went to this place three times they kept telling me different things each time. I saw Dr Edhegard the second time she gave me a medicine that literally did nothing then scheduled me for another appointment just to tell me she doesn't know what it is, she made me make another appointment even though she did nothing the day I saw her except say the same thing she said at first. It was more like trial and error than actual diagnosis. But lucky for her she get to charge me every time I go and listen to her random and unhelpful guess.I feel like they give appointments just so they can charge patients.

  I was fortunate to get a call back in less than 24 hours from a friendly voice to schedule a New Patient appointment and also I was informed of who I would initially see for my appointment. Promptly received new patient paper work by email as promised along with Parking instructions, which is very helpful in this section of Alexandria. On the day of my appointment I was greeted by a smile from Audrey one of the front desk officers. My appointment was for 9am, there was no wait time. Beautiful patient waiting area and I was seen in a clean patient room. It was a well staffed office. Ms. Kelly Balestra, PA-C visited with me. She had a great bedside manner and made sure to provide me with the next steps for my treatment. I received a call from my Pharmacy for the prescribed medication no less than 30 minutes from leaving my appointment. I was impressed. I gave the practice a first visit stellar review because I did receive stellar treatment. Only suggestion is that they feature the front office staff on the website because they are the people who create the first impression for the practice.
