  Terrible office staff. If they do call to remind you of your appointment, call back and make sure the date/time they were telling you is the correct date/time-- I've had messages left on my voicemail with incorrect information. Also, call ahead and verify that your insurance is still accepted. I drove thirty minutes to the office this morning only to be told (by the same lady who I spoke to on the phone the other day) that they no longer accept my insurance, even though I updated my insurance with them three days ago! Incompetence runs deep in this office.

  Dr. Aria seemed very knowledgeable and kind and I will likely continue to see her. However, I am a bit frustrated at the wait times at her office. I think 40 minutes is too long to ask a patient to wait. Don't have me make an appointment at 10 if you can't see me till 10:40. Her staff did *not* seem very knowledgeable. The nurse had to leave the room to ask about Dr. Aria about what she was suppose to tell me because she didn't know the product. I'm glad the nurse went to get the information; but I'd have preferred if she knew the info in the first place.

  Dr Nancy Aria treats her patients with respect. She listened to my concerns, and those of my teenage daugther, and was ready to offer new options to accomodate our preferences. During consultation we got the feeling that our well being was truly her top priority. Great experience.
