- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just saw Dr. Glassman to remove a cyst on my 14 year old daughter 1.5 hours after our appointed time without apology. I'm sorry I didn't read these reviews first because they are spot-on. He just burst into the room without any introduction and zero bedside manner. Thankfully he had a great nurse that attempted to fill in his silence with some comforting words. I watched the whole thing and he was extremely rough with her. He actually jabbed the needle in 5 or 6 times, sometimes swiveling it around under the skin once it was in there. He cut out the cyst like he was under the gun to get it done and was visibly impatient about telling me what kind it was when I asked. I'm not going to give him the lowest score because we're still healing and have follow up appts. Front office definitely very busy!February 20, 2017by Allison Kennett
