  I have had good experiences with doctors and midwives. However scheduling procedures and getting results has been stressful! Scheduling a surgical procedure was a nightmare. I had to call multiple times and wait days for answers to schedule something that was already difficult enough. I have not been getting lab results in a timely manner. I will be told that they will be ready within a timeframe (3-4 days) but will wait over a week and then call in order to have them shared. I was also told to call insurance to check and see which tests would be covered. My previous practice was able to look this information up.

  I literally just referred yet another friend to your facility! Dr. Andre is by far the best doctor I've ever had. She really cares about my health, and it shows through her actions and gentle words. Instead of feeding me a bunch of prescriptions, she really wants to get down to what's wrong first. I really love that! Also the staff, is consistently very helpful and nice, no matter which location I visit. Unlike any doctors office that I've been to!! Thank you for making doctors visit warm and inviting again!
